Stephanie George

Stephanie has a Level 3 qualification in the Sale of Residential property with the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). She has been with the company since day one.

Stephanie plays an integral part in the successful running of our Milton and Hartshill branches. She runs an organised and extremely proactive office having years of experience in many aspects of the Customer Service industry.

Affectionately known in the office as ‘Carol,’ her mathematical skills are second only to Mrs Vorderman! Away from the office, Stephanie is busy being a mum to three beautiful young children who most certainly keep her on her toes. In fact, she most likely comes to work for a rest!

Jordan Massey Samuel Makepeace

Jordan Massey

Jordan loves our busy offices at Milton & Hartshill and is a real asset to the team. He’s a strapping young lad but is certainly outnumbered by the ladies in the office.

Jordan oversees the valuation of your property and is keen to deliver fantastic customer service. Prior to this position, he managed a Pawnbroker after graduating from Staffs Uni with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts Degree in Terrorism and Criminology.

Outside of work you’ll probably find Jordan cluttering a side-line or shouting at the TV.

He’s a massive football fan. But, for his sins, he’s a big Port Vale supporter. Well, someone has to be!

Kieran Marrow Samuel Makepeace

Kieran Marrow

Kieran joined our Kidsgrove team at the beginning of 2019 and instantly became a part of the furniture. He is in charge of getting as much money as possible for your property. And, because he’s gained a wealth of industry knowledge, he’s now also an accurate and efficient valuer.

Having worked in retail, Kieran’s attention to detail and customer service is second to none. He’s not only an all-round nice chap but has the brains to go with it too. He graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports & Exercise Science.

In his spare time, you would typically find Kieran socialising or playing football with friends.

Alissa Walker Samuel Makepeace

Alissa Walker

Alissa joined our Milton & Hartshill team from a background in recruitment and customer service. Her roles within the company include negotiating offers on properties, booking viewings and – most importantly – getting the best possible price for your home!

Alissa is also a keen gym fanatic and in her spare time you would probably find her drinking cocktails with her friends or dining out.

She loves to explore new places and is probably counting down the days until her next adventure.

Abbey Ball

Abbey jumped head first into the property market in April 2021, having had her eye on a career in estate agency for some time. She has a keen interest in the industry, having bought, sold and renovated homes herself.

Abbey certainly joined us with an attitude to impress. She’s very popular among our vendors and buyers and has quickly become part of the furniture at our Milton and Hartshill branches.

She has a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Economics and years of valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Mum to a stunning little girl, Abbey loves nothing more than preparing a Sunday roast for the family (veggies all homegrown of course!)

In her spare time, you might find Abbey in the pub with her friends, Smirnoff Ice in hand!

Louise Knight

Louise has a great flare for organisation and a real knack for the personal approach. She has worked at every one of our branches and been with us for several years.

What she doesn’t know about moving home is quite frankly not worth knowing. She just loves keeping you in the loop on your property move, and oozes professionalism.

We think Louise is a bit of a foodie, as her favourite question is “what are you having for tea?!” Outside the office, Louise’s love is her daughter. And she really dotes on her. When she can, she enjoys meeting friends for a good catch up.

Georgia Hall Samuel Makepeace

Georgia Hall

Georgia joined the team in early 2020 bringing her exceptional people skills and enthusiasm to the Makepeace family. She previously worked as part of the cabin crew for Thomas Cook Airlines. Hence, she’ mastered the art of talking to customers – but more importantly, making them feel comfortable.

Georgia oversees showcasing your property, accompanying viewings, and also negotiating offers. Truly a lady who can multitask, she is also in charge of photographing your home and marketing your property to the best possible standard.

Outside of work hours, Georgia is a real sociable individual. You’d typically find her at music festivals with her friends.

As you would expect, given her previous line of work, Georgia has already visited a lot of interesting cities across the world and is keen to see many more.

Isabel Holdcroft

We have proclaimed Izzy the Samuel Makepeace Queen of the Lettings Department!

Izzy comes from a background of customer service roles and began her estate agency career at another local company, and the first time we spoke to her we knew we wanted her with us immediately!

Joining us in January of 2023, Izzy has worked tirelessly to take our lettings department to its strongest ever point, and with her expertise it is most definitely flourishing.

In her spare time, Izzy is a social butterfly, loves a cocktail with the girls, just as much as she enjoys snuggling up with her chocolate Labrador puppy, Bonnie. At the moment however, she is busy wedding planning, as she prepares for her upcoming nuptials with her lovely fiancée!
