Our Team

Louise has a great flare for organisation and a real knack for the personal approach. She has worked at every one of our branches and been with us for several years.

What she doesn’t know about moving home is quite frankly not worth knowing. She just loves keeping you in the loop on your property move, and oozes professionalism.

We think Louise is a bit of a foodie, as her favourite question is “what are you having for tea?!” Outside the office, Louise’s love is her daughter. And she really dotes on her. When she can, she enjoys meeting friends for a good catch up.

Abbey jumped head first into the property market in April 2021, having had her eye on a career in estate agency for some time. She has a keen interest in the industry, having bought, sold and renovated homes herself.

Abbey certainly joined us with an attitude to impress. She’s very popular among our vendors and buyers and has quickly become part of the furniture at our Milton and Hartshill branches.

She has a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Economics and years of valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Mum to a stunning little girl, Abbey loves nothing more than preparing a Sunday roast for the family (veggies all homegrown of course!)

In her spare time, you might find Abbey in the pub with her friends, Smirnoff Ice in hand!

Alissa joined our Milton & Hartshill team from a background in recruitment and customer service. Her roles within the company include negotiating offers on properties, booking viewings and – most importantly – getting the best possible price for your home!

Alissa is also a keen gym fanatic and in her spare time you would probably find her drinking cocktails with her friends or dining out.

She loves to explore new places and is probably counting down the days until her next adventure.

Natalya joined our team in 2023 and quickly became part of the furniture. Ever the perfectionist, she loves meticulously crafting house listings to ensure that every detail is spot on!

It was love at first sight with Natalya, when she blew us away in her interview and quickly became the interviewer herself… we came away wanting to make sure we were worthy!

Since joining the team Natalya has gone from strength to strength in her role, building excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers alike, and exceeding expectations with her creativity.

In her spare time, you might find Natalya enjoying some good food and a cocktail with her partner.

Sophie joined our team in the summer of 2024 after spending a couple of years in the hospitality industry. As a newcomer in estate agency, Sophie brings fresh enthusiasm to our team, growing up with plenty of house moves and a love for scrolling through Rightmove, a career in property was a natural fit!

In her role Sophie thrives on helping people find their dream homes, whether its photographing properties or chatting with clients at viewings (for sometimes a little too long), Sophie loves every aspect of connecting with people and showcasing beautiful properties.

In her spare time, you’ll find Sophie spending time with her friends, out shopping or enjoying a good night out drinking!
